Manny is filled with optimistic energy and abundant enthusiasm.  As he leaps through every episode, eager to capture each and every moment with his lens, he invariably brings the “unsuspecting” into his orbit. Before long, people will find themselves charmed into participating on the television show. The spontaneous interaction that takes place with adults and children encountered on every program is fun, exciting, and entertaining. This is an intentional component of Get The Picture!

For most of us, the best part of life is the people we meet along the way.  The Get The Picture! producers and crew never know when Manny will spot someone of interest and gallop away to introduce himself. Next thing they know, Manny has “taken off” with a family on vacation to take a photograph of their children.  He will then talk to them about what to look for in a background or how to take advantage of any lighting situation when using their own camera. Now the family, as well as the viewer, has learned a secret from a “pro”. 

Likewise, residents of a city or area are vital to that community.  When Manny sees something of interest, he usually will also find someone who can tell the real story behind the story.  Soon a local resident is on camera telling us the secret or unusual events about something well known to locals but not to most visitors.

The bottom line is Manny connects with people. He connects with those he meets and gets the best out of them. The proof is in the photos he brings back for his own personal scrapbook. It’s full of people who are smiling, relaxed and enjoying life. They all feel totally at ease posing for the Pro. Manny also connects with viewers. His personality lights up the screen and his delightful and relaxed manner will help viewers overcome their fears and exercise their creative side. Their new found knowledge will lead to their own expressions of photographic art.
